Grilled Summer Salad

2 boneless chicken breasts grilled or sautéed cut into strips
1 Maui onion sliced (0r small red)

5 sliced cherry tomatoes
2 oz. mixed (Waimea) greens
¼ cup lavender salad dressing

Lavender salad dressing
Mix 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Herbs de Waimea
1 teaspoon Lavender Black Pepper
Chill for at least 30 minutes and shake or stir.

Grill chicken, slice and cool. Add other ingredients and toss. Add salad dressing and enjoy.
