Pork Roast



3 lb pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt (or sea salt)

3 teaspoons Lavender Herb Spice Rub

Coat pork tenderloin with olive oil. Sprinkle Hawaiian salt and Lavender Herb Spice Rub on pork tenderloin. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
